Ok and mostly clean – the bathroom could use some work. Over-all, I was very happy with this stay and would certainly suggest it to everyone trying to head over here.

I have booked the room for two nights with my husband. Beds were cozy and the space was normally clean up. Staff members were being quite useful and pleasant and every day took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big plus the closet. Bathroom was also very clean plus the shower was super cool. Not a super social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

I have stayed for 4 nights with my wife. Beds were comfy and the space was constantly clean up. Staff members were quite handy and pleasant and constantly made us feel like home. Rooms are spacious and the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean and the shower was excellent. Not an exceptionally social hotel at least all along our stay.

If you are travelling to Zermatt you should book at Chalet Herbi. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. Also a very good vibes.
